| Albert Andreas Louis Pappe was the oldest child of Richard Pappe Sr. and Louise Kornrumpf. He was born in Kansas but was raised in Kingfisher. Albert worked in the saloon and restaurant business with his father and was said to be a very wild young man -- many called him "a rounder." Albert died mysteriously in Kingfisher just before his 26th birthday. He operated "Pappe's German Cafe" on Main Street at the time of his death. | These are the only known photos of Albert Pappe.
