Pappe Buildings in Kingfisher - about 1920 This photo shows the Pappe buildings at the corner of Miles Avenue and Main Street in Kingfisher. Both were build by Richard Pappe. The "Pappe Building," formerly the Grand Opera (here Acorn Stores), is on the corner at the left of the photo. The "R Pappe" building is the adjacent building to the right. Both buildings still stand and still have the Pappe name inscribed on the signs at the top of the buildings. |
