Richard Pappe in the A.O.U.W. Fraternal Organization

Richard Pappe was a long time member of the Ancient Order of United Workmen and he left behind many photos, pins, ribbons and badges from the various meetings and conventions he attended over the years. This large framed photo belonged to Louise Pappe Jersak. It was taken just a short time before Richard's death in April 1919. Under the photo is the following caption:
