| Emma Louise Pappe was the youngest daughter of Albert Ludwig Pappe and his first wife, Helen Prettig. She was born in Fillmore County, Nebraska in 1894. In 1912 Emma married Luster Smith and they had two children, then divorced in 1925. Emma married three more times — to Bill Floyd, ? Steinrod, and Paul Hurst. She died in Long Beach, California 1973 at the age of 80. | |||
