Margaret Clementine "Maggie" (Vaughn) Pappe - about 1915 Maggie Vaughn (1885-1958) was the daughter of Francis Marion Vaughn and Rebecca Moody. She was born May 23, 1886 in Terrell, Texas. On January 05, 1915 Maggie married Arno Curt Pappe in Clovis, New Mexico. They lived in New Mexico, Kansas, and Texas before finally settling in California. Together, the couple had seven children. Maggie Pappe passed away on July 7, 1958 in Yreka, California. This photo was probably taken at about the time of her marriage to Arno Pappe in 1915. Photo provided by Maranita (Pappe) Pettit |
